Operator and acceptance
Asanib is operated by JS Ventures LLC, registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates. By using Asanib, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
What Asanib provides
Asanib arranges eligible purchase, pickup and delivery requests from third-party stores or pickup locations to a chosen destination. Availability, service areas, items and fulfilment options can change. Asanib is not a merchant storefront or product marketplace.
Orders, estimates and payment
Check the request, delivery selection and total shown before you continue to payment. For purchase requests, the item allowance is based on the estimate and buffer you provide; store price and availability can change. We will not charge an additional amount without your approval. Payments are processed on Network International’s hosted checkout page, and Asanib does not store full payment-card details.
Delivery timing and after-hours requests
Same-day and urgent options close at 9:00 PM GST and are subject to partner capacity. Times shown are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Requests after 10:00 PM may be manually coordinated only after you contact us and we confirm availability, timing and any additional price.
Merchants and providers
Items may be purchased from independent stores and fulfilled by couriers or other providers. Third parties remain responsible for obligations applicable to goods or services they directly supply. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or legal obligations that apply to JS Ventures LLC or another supplier.
Acceptable use
You must not request prohibited, unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent or harmful goods or services, submit false information, interfere with the service or another account, or create legal, safety, customs, fraud or operational concerns. We may refuse or cancel affected requests.
Cancellations, refunds and delivery
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy form part of these Terms. Mandatory rights under UAE law continue to apply.
