Delivery Policy

Coverage and availability
Delivery availability depends on the pickup location, destination, item, courier-partner capacity and operational conditions. A UAE location does not guarantee that every item or delivery speed is available.
Service timings
Same-day and urgent options are available only until 9:00 PM GST. They are subject to partner capacity and are not guaranteed until the order is accepted. Next-day and 2-day options follow the delivery window shown at checkout.
After-hours coordination
For a delivery that cannot wait after 10:00 PM GST, call +971 58 523 5595. The Asanib owner may coordinate the request personally where possible. This is not a standard delivery option: availability, timing and any additional price must be confirmed before fulfilment begins.
Delivery information
You must provide a complete delivery address, reachable contact number and relevant access instructions. Additional cost or cancellation may result where delivery cannot be completed because supplied information is materially incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, subject to applicable law.
Handover and issues
Check the order promptly after delivery. If something is missing, damaged or materially incorrect, email support@asanib.com with the order details so it can be reviewed.
