Who we are

Asanib is operated by JS Ventures LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use Asanib.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Asanib, we may collect account and contact information, delivery addresses, purchase and delivery request information, communications with us, store or provider information, transaction references and payment status, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment processing is provided through Network International’s hosted payment service. Asanib does not need to store your full payment-card details when those details are collected directly by the payment provider.

How we use information

We use information to create and manage accounts; process purchases, pickup and delivery requests; coordinate stores, couriers and service providers; provide support; prevent misuse and fraud; maintain security; keep transaction and business records; comply with legal obligations; and improve Asanib.

Sharing

We may share the minimum information reasonably necessary with stores, delivery or service providers, payment providers, hosting and database providers, and other vendors that help us provide Asanib. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect users, JS Ventures LLC, or others.

Storage and international processing

Asanib uses cloud services, including Supabase and other infrastructure providers. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where you live. We take reasonable steps to use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the information being processed.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including transaction, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct your personal information, and in applicable circumstances request deletion, restriction or cessation of processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

Marketing

We do not use personal information for promotional marketing without an appropriate basis or permission where required. You may opt out of optional marketing communications.
